Fokas Beyond Referral Program Terms & Conditions

As a Fokas Beyond Referral member (a “Referrer”, “You”, “Your”), you are subject to Fokas Beyond’s ("Us", "Our", "We") Program and Website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy (all available on our website https://fokasbeyond.com/), as well as the following Terms & Conditions:

1. You must be a current member of Fokas Beyond or otherwise directly approved by Fokas Beyond to join our Referral Program. If not, you will be removed by us without notification.

2. You must use your unique referral link to refer friends and colleagues to Fokas Beyond in order to be eligible for the reward. You acknowledge and agree that we may disclose your name to your referees as the referrer.

3. Your friends, family and/or colleagues must enrol into the Fokas Beyond Covered Call Program using your referral link (this is how we track referrals back to you) and pay in full at the event price.

4. All Fokas Beyond members who are a Referrer under this program, will receive two (2) months free use of the Fokas Beyond Program for each new customer you have referred who has enrolled and paid in full. This will be received 60 days after the new customer pays in full at the event price.

• You will only receive the reward if the person you referred enrols into a Fokas Beyond Program within 3 months of them being referred to us.

• In the case of a referred person being referred by multiple people, the person listed on the enrolment form by the new customer will be given the reward. In the case of any disputes the first person (by date) that referred them to Fokas Beyond will be given the reward, unless otherwise agreed. Fokas Beyond's decision will be final.
  
  
• If the new customer that you referred is refunded for any reason for their initial enrolment, Fokas Beyond will be entitled to compensation of the full reward provided to you, the referrer.
  
  
• You will only receive a reward in the first instance of them enrolling with us. Any subsequent enrolments to any of our products or services will not be rewarded.
  
  
• All dollar figures that may be shown in our reward centre, are to be ignored in full unless discussed and agreed to directly by George Fokas or a senior representative of Fokas Beyond.

4. Referral program rewards do not count for referrals that may have been made prior to the launch of this Program (Jan '25).

5. Any and all accompanying copywriting explaining our company, services or product (even if copied from us in any form), must be sent to us for approval first before being distributed due to our licensing requirements. Failure to do this will see you removed from this program and all rewards will become null and void. Please send this to nicole@fokasbeyond.com

6. You must comply with all up to date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicitored commercial email or “spam” under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from the Fokas Beyond Referral Program.

7. Fokas Beyond reserves the right to terminate your involvement in the Referral Program if Fokas Beyond suspects that there is some abuse of the Referral Program.

8. Fokas Beyond may amend these terms and conditions from time to time and revised terms and conditions shall become effective immediately upon publishing.

9. Fokas Beyond reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel their Referral Program at any time at our sole discretion.
